The body stores fat via 3 mechanisms. As your body receives proteins, fats, and/or carbohydrates, your digestive system transforms them into Amino acids:
  1. Fat is converted to fatty acids, in case of an over need, the fatty acids are sent off to be stored as body fat.
  2. The glucose we get from the carbohydrates cannot be stored as body fat without Insulin, thus, in case the liver gets soaked with sugar, the extra glucose gets transformed into fat.
  3. The Amino acids from the protein needs to be converted into glucose, and it follows the same pattern as the one mentioned above.

Metabolism is all the various chemical reactions occurring  inside your body 24/7 that keeping you alive. Thus, controlling your metabolism by keeping your food intake at the needed dose, allows you to use the extra fat as fuel.

2.DOES IT WORK IF I FOLLOW A STRICT DIET ?

Most of the diets has one thing in common, is offering low fat meals, this principle of having low fat diets is absurd, by cutting the fats out of food, you will be getting a first level of fuel, which is glucose, and as we mentioned above, the glucose get transformed into fats with a higher speed than fats. Thus, following a strict diet is not a safe option.

Training is not only gives sanctuary for weight loss purposes, the majority do not have the time or the energy to train intensely, however, devoting 20 minutes of walking, or hitting the gym at least once or twice a week is the least you can do.
